Just wanted to give everyone interested in lgd 4033 an update as to my progress thus far.

A little background on myself first. Lifting for 6 + years seriously and had a background in weight training in high school. As a former hs and college wrestler, I do my cutting phase a bit differently than most of you on this board. I drop body fat rather quickly, up my protein intake to almost 2 grams per lb on training days and keep carbs moderate through out. I lower my calorie intake more than I think any of you would or do. During cutting I always use some type of sarm or ph and when I am between 15-22% bf, I always add muscle as I drop fat. I always see the debate on boards questioning whether that is possible and all I can say about that is that at those higher bf% and with some "help" I can always achieve it. However below 15% is a different story for me with regards to this. I also dirty bulk during the winter months because again with my experience in wrestling I drop it pretty fast and I love eating everything while bulking. So on to the lgd.......
Starting taking it 3 weeks and 2 days ago. Large calorie deficit. I am down 9 lbs and strength is through the roof. Started at the recommended 1 mg per day he first week, upped to 3 for the second and 5 for this week. I am really hitting my stride now. Can't say for sure it was dose dependent or it takes about 3 weeks to really "kick in" but I feel great.
All my compounds are up significantly. In fact I was stuck for months with bench and each of the last 2 weeks I have upped the weight. Today's shoulder and leg workout might have been the best of my life. For shoulders I had to keep increasing the weight. It felt like I couldn't lift enough. That has never happened to me before. On chest/tri day earlier in the week I though my muscle fibers in my chest were going to explode.
I am pretty damn sore though. So i can't say it has been helping with doms however I am lifting much more and probably with a little more intensity.
No side to report as of yet. I am running hcgenerate and cycle assist just to be safe. No libido issues or lethargy. I have always had a widows peak and nothing has changed in that department either which I am always a bit worried about.
I plan on running it at 5 mg daily for a total of 8 weeks maximum or until it runs out which ever comes first.
As for body composition, I can report that muscle are looking fuller by the day. traps and delts are popping nicely. At my current bf not much vascularity going on, I usually see that around 13%.
