It is harder for us tall guys to put on mass, especially with a small frame and narrow shoulders like mine.

I'm 6'1 too.....at 213 in the pics above.

I spent what felt like years trying to gain mass through bodybuilding. Now that I'm powerlifting its tough keeping it off.

It is harder for us tall guys to put on mass, especially with a small frame and narrow shoulders like mine.

like i said earlier on this thread about a month ago?? LOL, I like how i look and i dont want to be a bodybuilder...mass is nice, but the way i'm built too much and i look stocky..i'm only 5'11

Aww hell man, my bad, i didnt mean to come off sounding dick..i didnt take it as a flame I was just explaining why I personally dont like gaining much mass..at 5'11 190 would be my peak with low bf (currently i'm at 7%)
