Alright so last night was shoulders. I also made a bunch of food for the week after my workout so I'll post that too:
BB military press: 6 x 8-10
DB shoulder press: 6 x 10-12
Clean and press: 4 x 8
DB laterals: 4 x 10
DB front raises: 4 x 10
DB sitting rear delts: 4 x 10-12
Db standing rear delts: 4 x 10-12
Heavy shrugs: 4 x failure
Post workout meal:
2 scoops hydro whey
8 oz steak
3 eggs
1 spoon of peanut butter
Bed time: 2 scoops casein w/ 6 oz milk
I got a few steaks and a bunch of chicken, asparagus, broccoli, oatmeal, sweet potatoes and greek yogurt. I will be incorporating those into my diet from now on. Today is cardio so it will be very low carb. I ate some rice earlier but the rest of my meals (except for post workout) today will be with broccoli instead of rice.
Some side notes:
I think I experienced by first tren sides last night. I woke up like 8 times in 6-7 hours. Went to bed at midnight, woke up wide awake at like 6. I hear insomnia is big with tren so that must be the cause.
Also, today I feel kinda sick. Stomach is somewhat nauseaus and I keep getting fever chills.
Is that a common side for tren? I dunno if that is even the cause, maybe I'm just coming down with something, but today I feel like sh*t lol
also today is the mark for two weeks on tren if that makes any difference
