after my first post i have came up with something better:

Monday: (3.15 pm - 4.00pm) Chest

Tuesday: (3.15pm - 4.00pm) Bis/Forearms

Wens: (3.15 pm - 4.00pm) Tris/Shoulders

Thurs: (3.15 pm - 4.00pm) Back

Friday: (3.15pm - 4.00pm) Legs (think about it, usually dont walk around/move as much in the weekend than during the week so it makes sense to put legs on this day)

Sat: REST!!

Sun: REST!!

i will also do some type of ab workout everyday as well.(As i see results with working abs everyday rather that working them every 2-3 days as the gains arent as big)

i agree, wouldnt you rather do bis and tris together, then put shoulders and back on their own days sinc ethey are large bodyparts and require more sets and you will have more enrgy for them too doing them by themselves.
 
i'd give back its own day and maybe throw bis and tris either with shoulders or split them up with some other bodyparts. just a tricep workout or just a bicep workout seems like a wasted trip to the gym. (IMO)
 
Shoulders aren't large muscles. I think it's fine to do them on back day. Secondly, I think doing one small muscle group (tris) on one day is a wasted trip to the gym. And doing bis and forearms on another day isn't much better.
 
shoulders might not be a big musclegroup. but it a complex one. id do shoulders on a seperate day..maybe add some calf work in there as well
 
i agree with bignate and mrmuscle, shoulders are a big bodypart and in my opinion require more sets, especially if you are trying to hit all three heads.
 
i was making a joke, in reference to the "big muscle".

though i do train shoulder seperately, but could easily throw it in on another day. my shoulders are becoming a hinderance to my physique now since they respond so well to training. genetics are a good thing for me i guess.
