Thanx a lot Raina, Daisy & everyone who has replied to this thread. I will copy my friend on all your responses; I tried telling her but she just didn't want to believe me. I guess she wants the easy way out which is sad. It helps to have other people back me up on this - I have no real oppinion on supplements only b/c I never took any so your responses helped out a lot! Thx again!!!
