Legends of Wrestling game for PS2. Is it also available....

I just created one badass Scott Steiner in Smackdown3, damn near perfect, just missing the shades, hav't unlocked em yet

Smackdown 3's career mode blows. That game was a huge dissapointment for me. It could've been so much better.

Legends of Wrestling has some cool ideas, but the gameplay sounds shitty and the graphics aren't so hot. The career mode sounds cool. You travel the territories like they did in the old days.

thats a definite to rent... bust out some chico santana or don the rock with his big ass veins in the shoulders.. awesome!!!

back when wrestling was real :)

career mode sounds cool.. become a fan favorite and stuff.. just sounds like wrestling and would be fun with the gang.

one question... where the fuck is "domolition"??? here comes the axe.. here comes the smasher!!! we're demolition, walking disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

awesome!!! (until they added krush)

I have Legends and it isn't as good as one would have hoped. All matches are essentially No time limit/no DQ/No count out. It isn't a bad effort from Acclaim, but not nearly as great as it could have been.

Gameplay is slow, but you get used to that. Some collision problems. Sometimes weapons take on a life of their own (i.e bouncing around ringside) and some people have complained of the game freezing up on them.

Huge plus is have all those great wrestlers of yester year, downside....No Kamala.

Have you hit the Van Daminator yet? If you have, how's it look?

Nope, to be honest with all the "legends" in the game, I haven't taken the time to play as RVD.

I did see it in the create a legend mode. Looks alright, 5 star looks pretty good too.

Create a legend lacks a little which is surprising for an Acclaim game. You only get one face to work with. You can change facial hair and stuff, but still only one face.

I would definitely rent it before you buy.

Blasphemy.

Hmm, sucks that this game isn't as good as it could be, I was gonna bug my friend to buy it if he gets a PS2 for Xmas. He'll probably get Smackdown instead. Thing is, I've found all WWF games except WM 2000/No Mercy to be kinda fruity.
