I am in dire need of a short effective leg workout. I have a competition in Oct. and want my legs to be the most ripped that they can be. I will enter my normal workout any changes will be very much appreciated either in the forum or privately. My workout is done every Thurs. it takes approx. 2 Hrs(sometimes more to complete).
