olympic lifts........
try olympic lifts, i added 3 inches to my vertical, and took about a 10th off my forty time. i do dead lifts with a plate under my heals, clean and jerks, quick body shrugs, and really deep squats fast. this also build your balance up when you do them fast. my friend purchased the shoes that have a 2 inch front pad on the bottom of them so you walk on your calves, and he can jump 6 inches higher now from them, and he has only had them 4 months, and wears them 20 minutes a day 3 times a week, but he didn't increase his 40 time with them, he actually lost a little. hope this helps.
