Squats (narrow stance)

I'm getting back into working legs and taking it very slow with the squats. Concentrating on getting REALLY deep as my ankles get back up to full flexibility and strength (I've badly sprained both in recent times).

Nice brief workout, having had a game of soccer last night, with another two coming up on Sunday and Tuesday. Its good to be working legs again :)
