i'm trying to bring my legs up to speed to match my upper body. theyre not bad but lag behind a bit. i do squats, leg presses, deadlifts, one legged hamstring curls, and standing calf raises.anything else that i should be doing?

hack squat as heavy as you can go 6-8 reps then squats as heavy as you can 3 sets 6-8 reps then hit leg ext as heavy as you can 3 seta 6-8 reps and you will fill those puppys out

Try some Romanian Dead Lifts right after you finish squats. RDL's will put some serious mass on your hams and glutes.

Dear chicken legs,

For whatever reason when I stop doing heavy, strict form leg extensions my outer quads seem to grow at a slower rate. Throw those in there. I do 5 sets that includes 1 warmup set and the last set is light weight and slow movements.

Here's a little H.I.T. advice. 20-rep squats, do a few light warm-up sets then put on the weight you usually for 10 reps and bust out 20 no matter how long it takes. Keep good form but get the 20. Follow that with Stiff-Leg Dead Lifts for 15 reps, if done with full intensity that should be all you need for legs. Another key is the rep tempo 4 seconds down 2 up. Just my .02

Deadlifts aren't really for legs...BUT still legged dead are amazing for hams and glute. Try to focus on contracting your hams when doing them.

Also try supersets...like leg extensions to hack squats...great burn.
