Late night cravings....

First of all: are you starving yourself? are your big/satiating meals predominantly allocated in the morning/noon? is your activity load diminished by night or on the contrary?
Secondly, excercise will power - discipline will be key in the long run to achieve your goals. no drugs/otc, sweetners and other masking agents can be permanent, rather temporary solution.

eat a fiberous salad, with a tbsp of favorite vinegar and drink a cup of tea - see how that goes and report back :o

This is my current diet:
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal
10 egg whites

Meal 2: 1/2 cup brwn rice
1 cup veggies (greens or broc.)
6 oz chicken breast
Meal 3: Same as 2
Meal 4: Same as 2 and 3
Meal 5: Protien Shake (Usaully MusleMilk, Micell Edge, Or Infusion, basically some king of protien blend)
Meal 6: 6 oz Ground Beef (8% Fat)
1 cup veggies

Postworkout I use 2 servings of whey with either a banana, apple, sweet potatoe, or brown rice....usually 1/2 cup
Should I use something else?

My question is why in the hell I do get cravings in the middle of the night. I am not hungry I just wake up craving pb or chocolate.

I workout in the morning after meal 1
Stats: 5'11, 225lbs, 14-16% bf.

I know a small cup of hot chicken broth or a light soup can get rid of hunger pangs long enough to get to sleep. I used to get them and this worked for me.
