Yep, thats the way it works, heck i've waited up to a month to get a package before.Never had one seized by customs tho (knock on wood).

Yes, you fill out a form, however this is nothing more than Admitting the contents are yours, bad news if you live in the USA, the Best thing is to clean house and destory the letter, do not reply.
