I always give lamb a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 10th chance when I'm dining at a nice restaraunt. It never goes as well as a nice bone-in ribeye. I'm not fan of the flavor.
Me and my wife tried to cook some lamb chops but they smelled horrible and tasted rotten. Maybe we did something wrong or it could have been rotten > : (
If you got $50 to throw away, go to a Ruth's Chris and get the lamb chops...
Also for anyone in New Orleans or going to New Orleans , go to Charlie's Steak House on Napolean Ave and I'm sure they'll have an even more juciy and tasty lamb or veal chop for ya
lamb was my favorite grilling food...1 time i got this shank huge and it was so fucking fatty i kept eating and eating and the taste of it just stuck in my throat...i can taste it everytime i think about it...i just went to a greek rest the other night and had lamb chops...tender and so good but kept having flashbacks...lmao
