I don't think she actually inserted the damn thing, morons. I'm guessing she tried to ride it for the vibration. It's been a while since I've seen a jack hammer but I would imagine you couldn't hold the trigger gizmo from the "receiving" end...still, I have beaten up some pussy in my day but not like that.

my initial thought's exactly, having operated a jackhammer myself I am completely at a loss even envisioning how this went down. Did she attach a dildo to the top of it and try to ride it?? I mean that's the only thing I can think of.

While I realize this is pervy, I'm being realistic. They originally thought it was foul play, right? Just sitting on top of it with no penetration wouldn't have killed her, self preservation alone would have forced her to get away and I just can't see how straddling it could be construed as "struggling to direct a jackhammer toward her mid-section." She had to be in such a position that she couldn't stop what she started, when it started to mangle her she was screaming, and she probably passed out, so I doubt that it was a small one she could move easily. They heard her screaming over the "raucous" jackhammer, so she was conscious and in pain, but there wasn't anything she could do about it.
