Im 45 been working out for over 2 years the last 8 months I have stopped major cardio and started to lift more. I would like more information on some supplements offered to me from one of those pushy fb training roids guys dbol,npp and nolvadex.. I am 45 hormone panel and blood work is stelar. I am 168 lbs and have some toning and muscle on me happily been the same weight for 2 years but lost inches and gained muscle I know I am an endomorph, but wanting to loose the last of my tummy and the bit of thigh muscle and before I considered taking anything besides my macros, creatine I wanted to be disciplined in the kitchen, at the gym 4 to 5 times a week and in the mindset as well which I believe taking these type of what I call tool not a solution in my book. I am wanting to know if what is suggested for 12 weeks ok or is there any other safer ones out there for ladies? This person stated amount would be 250 no more than this. I appreciate anyones advice. I am a bit skeptic on how this person is pushing me to buy so I looked for a forum to get some advice...
