Lady is needing advice on supplements?

Im 45 been working out for over 2 years the last 8 months I have stopped major cardio and started to lift more. I would like more information on some supplements offered to me from one of those pushy fb training roids guys dbol,npp and nolvadex.. I am 45 hormone panel and blood work is stelar. I am 168 lbs and have some toning and muscle on me happily been the same weight for 2 years but lost inches and gained muscle I know I am an endomorph, but wanting to loose the last of my tummy and the bit of thigh muscle and before I considered taking anything besides my macros, creatine I wanted to be disciplined in the kitchen, at the gym 4 to 5 times a week and in the mindset as well which I believe taking these type of what I call tool not a solution in my book. I am wanting to know if what is suggested for 12 weeks ok or is there any other safer ones out there for ladies? This person stated amount would be 250 no more than this. I appreciate anyones advice. I am a bit skeptic on how this person is pushing me to buy so I looked for a forum to get some advice...

@letsbegreat123 there is a lot of things that can help lose weight.. supplements like fat burners are not healthy nor are they very effective if that is what you are looking for

@letsbegreat123 sister be careful with supps. i gave my wife some supps for losing weight and she lost like 20 pounds then gained back 40 pounds back
 
Im happy i have lost inches and no gained back im disciplined on macros weights alot of combo with 30 lbs dumbells

Lats are 110
Cardio is 15k steps daily
Bench is only 65lbs not bad
Squat also 75lbs
Just the stubborn belly fat we have im seeing improvement just wondering as thr girls ive seen say they are taking but wont say what so my bro said roids

Look for a product called "the stack" that it what all the female physique athletes use. It's a mixture of oral primobolan,anavar, and winstrol. Before you consider steroids look in to Clenbuteral, it has to be ran a certain way but you will lose fat and gain muscle. That's why I recommended clen it's the most efficient fat burner. She was the one who inquired about what steroids a woman should use so I told her what the pro figure and physique girls use. We're all adults here if someone wants to use steroids that's their choice I simply gave the names of the ones suitable for women

Damn right, my diet aims for a 13 hour fast. Fasting is one key to activating a couple of our repressed genes. These genes fasting helps to activate are FOXO3 "the longevity gene", PGC-1a "drives the mitochondria to higher performance", MSTN "lowers your myostatin allowing for increases in muscle mass". When you add exercise and calorie restriction you activate IGF1, ACTN3 "the sprinters gene enhances fast-twitch muscle fiber", IL-6 " improves muscle hypertrophy". Once you get those genes activated your body acts like it does right after a show for 2 weeks when everything you eat just makes you bigger but your still lean.
