Ladies wanting AAS advice - PLEASE READ!

Yes the first one of its kind ever on EF.
oh the shock.:lil k:

We do not take kindly to smart mouths on the training, woman, and aas forums. If you are going to come over here and be negative or a smart ass I can easels just block your account from these forums and or ban you....

Positive remarks please and if you have a problem with something you can always bring it to mods or admin. Thanks.

this site is where i came to first when i was contemplating usage. sassy was awesome to me and gave me great advice. she still does today!

yup Sassy was one of the original ones here too that I started PM'ing asking questions about diet/training with. She was a tremendous help!

I am here to say in the Spring I did change my diet and exercise but mainly relied on the use things like Anavar and a fat burner...I did because I was told how much weight I would lose and my strength would increase. I did lose 16 lbs...my muscles did become bigger and stronger....BUT because I didn't take time to really educate myself in the proper diet and training it all came back. Fitness is really a total lifestyle change not just dieting to drop some weight.

I stopped everything but the diet and training. I feel great and the weight is coming off.

Lately it seems that way too many ladies are coming here to ask about drugs.

Let me first say that I WILL NOT help someone with DRUG ADVICE if they are not willing to get off their butt and do the work in the gym and with the diet FIRST. AAS will do NOTHING for you if you aren't willing to work your butt off anyway. It is not an easy way out - it is a complete waste of money if you don't have a STRICT training and diet program in place.

I do not apologize for being a little harsh. You will get NO WHERE being LAZY. Work and work HARD. As a Personal Trainer, I've heard every excuse in the book - I'm sure the newbies wanting a quick fix will not tell me something I've not already heard.

You need to start with the basics first - DIET and TRAINING.

If you have your diet and training down and know what you're doing with that - and THEN ask for advice, I will be more than happy to give information.

So Tami (or anyone else) are there any books or info sources that you suggest so that I can get everything in order to really buckle down and take this seriously?

Where have you been?
This has been said by the last 50 women gurus on EF :stilleto:

There are new ladies coming in every day asking the same questions - every day. While we love to help people - we also like for them to do some research before asking questions. That rarely happens.

Also, there ARE some here who will just jump in and answer AAS questions. I don't, I won't - making that known. I don't like giving people what they may think is an easy way out because they WILL fail if they don't do the work first. I would like for EVERYONE to succeed.

There are MANY stickies at the top of this forum. Read. A LOT of good info. in them.

They are stuck at the top of the forum so that people see them first - and read them first, but that rarely happens.
