I'm finally accepting that I have developed an intolerance to lactose. I could clear out a room for hours after 30g of Whey - and my wife is ready to fucking murder me . I need a lactose-free protein for PWO and maybe once throughout the day.
Found two: One is ISOPURE (Amazon.com: Nature's Best Isopure Zero Carb, Cookies & Cream, 3-Pound Tub: Health & Personal Care) and also looking at Optimum Nutritions Egg Protein (Amazon.com: Optimum Nutrition 100% Egg Protein, Rich Chocolate, 2 Pound: Health & Personal Care)
Anyone have experience with these? Any advantages/disadvantages to egg vs whey? Any other suggestions?
