Hey all

a bit of a problem

Been clean for over a year now. Have had bloods and my testosterone levels are normal. But i feel tired and believe it or not, i dont always feel like sex.....i still want it but libido is way down

I am 30 and dont feel this is normal and its starting to worry me

what can i do to get it back? and i mean naturally

please help
 
IMO I’m not sure it is a problem with your last cycle...

Is possible that you are under an unusual amount of stress lately? Or possible mild depression due to other factors? I'm not trying to put thoughts in your mind in an attempt to find the cause of your problem but rather mention factors that have lead to other bro's having a sudden drop in libido and not quite sure why.

Seriously, there are a several herbal options you could try. Maybe Nelson can chime in, he has a product that many people here seem to like.
 
Maybe a little depressed? In that case not unusual.

Proviron may help the libido. There is always calis/ viagra.
 
I've been there, and it SUCKS. I had a libido crash after a PH cycle a few years ago, and it was horrible.

There are many, many options you can find out about right here on EF. I'm currently taking Unleashed, and I'm liking the results. I haven't run it yet, but the feedback on Primordial's Test Recovery Stack is phenomenal. That might be just what you need. And from my experience, once you get things working, it's all uphill from there.

Get some Staminol from GNC. It is all natural and I am standing at attention all the time. I take it with my vitamions every day. I think the test has been making me salute the flag as well. That or the test just makes me get raw around women. If that does not work get urself a new girl.
 
Get your Free or Bio-Available testosterone checked. Although your total T may be normal, it is still possible to have lower free values.

So much of libido is psychological. For both desire and function UNLEASHED is unmatched.

The GNC staminol is a 1990's sex booster. It uses yohimbe which brings blood to the extemities but is also a CNS which can kill sex drive. It has saw palmetto which is an anti androgen. VERY bad for bodybuilders. The only thing that might work is the Muaira Puama, which is higher does in UNLEASHED.

You are very right. The psychological aspect is the biggest part for sure. Especially when it catches you off guard. . . it is a total mindf*ck!!! An understanding gf/wife is crucial in those instances.

Definitely get some supps to get the ball rolling again. I promise I don't work for Nelson, but I'm on my second bottle of Unleashed, and I gotta say the stuff is effective.
 
Do some hcg and clomid, but Im guessing its just a natural course for aging. Sorry your getting old. Its never gonna be like 18yrs old again unless you use TRT.

is that a bad thing?

used to take finasteride...but i didnt like the libido loss so stopped that a year ago

this unleashed sounds good...is it all natural ingredients?

I found the cialis or viagra does not really help with your libido...I just helps you sustain a fuller, harder erection longer, but does not always put you in the mood. And in my case while taking one or the other, I sometimes found it harder to orgasim, do to the fact that it was so hard do to all the blood being pumped in there that I sometimes lost sensation. Plus viagra tends to give me a headace and there expensive if your insurance doesn't cover it. My insurance didn't. So I was paying 13 or 14 dollars a pill. Why I got on it is another story. But I'm not using anything now and I'm fine.
 
You need to get your test levels checked, make sure the problem isn't hormonal. You got a doc and/or health insurance? Nothing beats prescribed injectable test for wanting to get your hump on
 
HCG will only provide a temporory boost and the estro backlash may make things worse.

I do not believe one's sex drive can;t be as high at 30 than at 18. That's a myth. An 18 years old is generally more rambunctious and doesn't have sex as regularly as a 30 year old so the impression is he's hornier. Hell, guys in their 40's and 50's can do it 4 times a day with a hot new girlfriend. Again, its psychological.

ANd BTW< UNLEASHED is all natural and non-supressive.

How would that effect someone on Tren.. I mean would it cause a delay in gains? I figured it would be good for my prostate.. Wonder if it's keeping progress from happening..

Lol.. funny thing is I decided to crack the bottle open the day before my first injection...

Sorry bro but cialis and viagra wont do nothing good to libido...it only helps getting it up...But dosent give u the wanna have it.

and when i do get some or have the opportunity to get some idont relly care too much...as said as it sounds lol

so cease the saw palmetto?
