lot. my goal was to get stronger in the olympic lifts. I could have leaned out
with this kind of training as well if this would have been my desire but ultimately
eating less would have hindered my progress.
 
it is easier for me to clean from the hang than from the floor. seems like the weight weighs a lot more during the first pull than the 2nd.

my arms are not bend anymore. or maybe just slightly. however my 100kg try last week felt a lot better than these 90kg ones.
