5x10 Straight leg dead
5x15 good mornings (focus on hamstrings)
5x10 Leg curl (ss with quads)

5x2 snatch (heavy)
5x 2 min planks
15 minutes kettle bell assortment
5x100 crunches
5x100 reverse crunches
4x25 Russian twists w/ kb
5x1 minute leg throw downs

Again, let me know anything you can add to my experience.

Okay this is what I would do. I think you should add some heavier days where all the rep ranges are 6-12. Like heavy squats every other workout instead of all 5x20. I do LOVE high rep training 15-25 reps, but I feel that it needs to be mixed in with reps at 6-12. What are your goals?

I was really looking to tone my muscles while adding some mass.
Maybe second half of my week do 6-12?

Thats exactly what I was saying bro! Do one round of the high reps, then one round of 6-12, and just keep switching it! And the amount of reps you use wont "tone" your muscles.. That is all based on diet my friend

I'm eating a lot of lean meats, whole pastas, veggies, fruits. I think I'm doing pretty good.
