Kombucha flavors

What are some of your favorite kombucha flavors and do you think this stuff is good for you?
I started buying it from the health food store, its pretty good stuff.
What benefits have you noticed on it?

honestly unless you are fermenting it at home with quality ingredients it really isn't good for you man

the store sold versions have added flavors and sugars. it is the same with anything else really out there

You can make it from home, ive had some from the store, I like the berry flavors and pineapple usually.

Only ever had it once and it was like drinking pure vinegar, lol. As for quality, you just have to read the ingredient labels.
