I got a buddy that lives in knoxville and he's always posting up pics of weird ass mofo's from around there on FB

The downtown is filled with hippy/beatnick types. That why most businesses and residents live out in the suburbs. We need Eric Cartman down there to whip a little hippy ass.

We have weird shit like that in downtown SD too. I saw a homeless dude drop about $10 worth of change recently, and a large group of bums, junkies and runaways all rushed it in a mad frenzy, while an even larger group stood around them watching in awe.
