I used to be a hard gainer so I decided to eat till I was blue in the face and I saw great things. However, I now have somewhat of a gut. Nothing major, but nothing appealing. I have very long arms and legs and virtually no torso. Everywhere else I look extremely lean. Now, I have used the EC stack before, lost weight fast, BUT I lost alot of strength. I would like to use it again, but how can I not lose as much strength? I kept my protein intake at about 1.5g/lb. I didnt cut back on calories too much either. My current routine consists of 3-4 reps of bench, squat, deads, and military. My strength I am very pleased with, but I would like to keep it that way. I currently found my maintance amount of calories and have been 193lbs steady for a few weeks. My diet is rather clean now also. Now, should I cut out one meal a day, increase my cardio (20min every other day), or go on the EC stack while continuing to eat what I am now? I responded really well to EC besides the fact I lost alot of muscle. I would prefer to use it, IF I can atleast hold on my strength while I am on it. I would like to be under 185lbs. Thanks guys!

I have been on a diet that many of the good people here have helped me fine tune. I have been on it for 8 weeks and 300 to 500 below maint. Most of my lifts have stayed pretty close to what they were before starting. The only way that my lifts drop if my cals are way too low.
