Kind of a noob, want to lose some weight...help please?

Stop drinking is number 1.

Alcohol basically murders protein synthesis, which decreases recovery, lean muscle tissue, and your metabolic rate.

I see, well I have a protein shake with N.O. Xplode in the morning then hit the gym, another protein smoothie after the gym, a chicken salad with different veggies and italian dressing from my local grocery with a cup of coffee. a chicken sandwich or a chicken/turkey wrap for a mid day lunch. then my girlfriend or a customer usually brings me a dinner, today a customer brought me a ny Strip with a baked potato and corn on the cobb. I love my customers. and then I shouldn't but I have a few drinks after work. I work 12 hours a day, I just bought a liquor store. I wont be working so much in a few more months. And This past sunday, yesterday, I hit the gym after a protein shake, had a protein smoothie then my girlfriend made me a spinach salad for breakfast with red/green peppers with veil. then we had dinner out. I had a NY strip with pomm frites, I didnt eat the pomm frites though and asparagus. we had a bottle of wine and I also had a manhattan. and a cup of coffee again....

So there you all go...hahaha. Is that too much info. You guys are absolutely awesome for putting time into reading my post and giving me advise. Very cool

Your diet is shit. I'm an extreme endo and it's very hard for me to shed fat. I planned my diet for weeks before I started. I am on a CKD type of diet and I know daily exactly how many calories I take in. Keep track of EVERYTHING you eat, do three 30 minute cardio sessions a week, keep lifting hard and the fat will start falling off provided that after all of this your in a calorie deficit.

So I just turned 30, I was working out pretty hard for about a year and a half and toning up well when I did my first cycle of test. I was 5'10" 170 lbs, now I'm 185 lbs and feeling good about my outcomes. I finished my cycle in November and want to do another cycle but I would like to cut down Some of this extra body fat I picked up while bulking before I cycle again. Does anybody have any suggestions on what would help me with that....I heard winstrol might work. But whats going to really cut me down?

Thanks for any advise and support!

Get your DIET,,CARDIO and weight training in order 1st. Those are major keys to effective weight loss.

+1 ,Drinkin is a killer
lol at the fact he owns a liquor store, might make not drinkin hard at first!

Nahhh diet's no good you should get most of your protein from actual food not shakes (shakes are good for right after the workout) and good quality carbs (potatoes, pasta, rice, oat meal) and lot's of veggies so you really need to upgrade your diet make at least 6 meals a day get some vitamins eat chicken, tuna, eggs, red meat for protein and as cutting down the extra fat it depends on how much calories you burn a day versus how much calories you eat a day.

Not having a go....But WHY??????

There are different amino's in different meats rather than just whey, but protein is protein. please explain or is this another unjustified piece of imformation that just keeps circling around.........very curious

There are all sorts of growth and anabolic promoting factors and all sorts of nutirents inside of meats that are not provided through whey protein.

Protein is protein, but muscle is not entirely made up of amino acids, is it? There's more to the equation to build muscle that meat provides that whey does not.

Meat is and always will be superior to whey powder as a protein source. Nature intended, bodybuilder approved.

100% true. the more of what you eat is natural food unprocessed by man, the better your diet will be.
