keto diets: EFAs only or any fats?

from what i have read, keto diets lower your bad cholesterol and raise your good cholesterol. keto diets usually include foods that are high in trans fats such as yolks, bacon, cheese, etc. is eating these types of foods bad for your health? on a keto diet, should the majority of fats come in EFAs or does it matter?

Majority of fats on a Keto diet will not be coming from EFA's. And Yolks, bacon, and cheese are high in saturated fat, not Trans fatty acids. These diets have been shown to improve cardiovascular health despite the saturated fat intake.
 
you could still do a keto diet with mainly healthy fats. just because it's a keto diet doesn't mean that you have to eat crappy foods.
