Keto diet questions

I am starting a keto diet 230lbs @ 32%bf , 40yr old.
I have a copy of Body Opus but I don't think I should cycle until I get down to 15%.
Should I cycle the diet only after I've lost significant amout, and if at all when?
Are there any supplements that will help other than ecay stack and MTC's, how about glutamine and pro hormones diols?
 
vanadyl sulfate does keep some people out of ketosis. you also have to be careful with glutamine, since it is easily converted to glucose (some are being aminoacids are being converted a lot easier than others). you can take creatine on your carb-up day, up to 30g that day.
if you wanna loose fat the fastest, you should not cycle, but stay in ketosis all the time. the way to do that and still be able to have energy for your workouts to keep your muscle strengh, is by doing a TKD = targetet ketogenic diet (take small amount dextrose prior to workout) instead of a CKD (incl.carb-up day).
