awesome job everyone!

project you did an awesome job in the videos! looks like you have been bulking some too since the last time you posted vids? looking good man!

*sigh* Oh how I wish I could have been there. Too much fun.

B: so glad you had a tremendous turnout! Very cool. And hopefully some of the women were lightweight class hopefuls! Gotta get some good competitors in strongwoman contests!

Thanks man!

I'm up to about 191 right now. Got as high as 197, but was carrying too much fat, so I've scaled my cals back a bit.

For no longer than I was there I was truley impressed. I knew when I walked up I had no business attepting some of the things everyone was doing. There was alot of weight being moved that day. I would have liked to have stayed longer but we got to Murray late and I had friends that I had to get to places, should have told them to walk!!! Clint, you definataly need to put on another one sometime soon. I will be down to lift with you all one sunday soon. I can see I still have alot to learn and it looks like you all are the ones I need to be learning from!!!

Grantsdu: You are welcome here anytime...

I hope to have pictures up by this evening. I have about 310 of them from training and about 50 videos.

Hannibal - the silent but funny guy with a big determination when he actually picks up a weight. it was impressive to see what you did

I resemble that remark. Was a bit out of my elemant...never done any of the events before. However, I enjoyed the entire weekend.

One thing I noted about Strongman training....WAY TOO MUCH BALANCE IS INVOLVED. The sport is way too athletic for me...I like my lifts to stay in one plane at a time...thank you very much.

:lmao:

Ah, you can't let things get inside your head. I went in determined to try everything, and see how it went.

It was truly a great bunch of guys...everyone was willing to teach techniques, give tips, and in general give encouragement.

Definitely get in there with Clint and give it a whirl.

:)

yeah i will agree about the whole balance issue, something i lack in greatly. i guess if i continue with this i will just have to get so unbeliveably strong to where the weights will not cause any ballance issues.
