185lbs, guessing 12-14% BF
Training for 8 years
First cycle was 7 months ago with Test E and Epi for 12 weeks. Kept about 10lbs. Retrospectively I probably should have done a shorter cycle for my first time, recovery kinda sucked.
Took a break, now I just started Oxandrovar. I wanted to do a 4 week short oral cycle due to life scheduling stuff.
Only 3 days in. Feel great in the gym, increased strength and endurance. However, I have a troublesome issue of insomnia. I am tired as hell all day (except when lifting) and then can't fall asleep. It's like lucid dreaming. Very annoying. As well, I am trying to cut down to 8% BF but if I keep calories and carbs low I go very hypoglycemic (with shakes and sweats and nausea). I literally need to stuff carbs in every 3 hours or I feel sick and tired.
My schedule is:
6am - 1 pill oxandrovar + 4 caps n2guard, 30 min run
6:45 am - protein shake with glucose
7:15am - go to work
7:45am - breakfast at work, scrambled eggs and sausage with oatmeal
10:30am - shake
12pm - lunch (we get free lunch, maybe a turkey sandwich on wheat bread or if its pizza I will go get a tuna salad)
3pm - shake, 1 pill oxandrovar + 3 caps n2guard
6pm - lift
7pm - shake, glucose
7:30pm - dinner of veggies with lean meat (tuna, chicken)
10pm - casein protein
In bed by 11pm.
So I'm trying to follow this to get in 2200-2400cal for a cut with lots of protein and less than 200g carbs. But I have been getting hypo and needing to eat a biscuit here and there and craving mad sweets, ruining my attempts at a cut.
Also the sleep thing.
Suggestions?
