A physio clinic had it for some reason. Found they weren’t using it. They’re like $2,000 plus shipping new plus another $500 for the weights. I’m gonna take my savings and pin it lol

Good addition to a home gym.

It’s a machine I rarely use. Only for incline press sometimes or bodyweight rows once in a blue moon.

Smith machines are nice for accessory movements. I just can't justify the real estate in my home gym for one

I don’t train super heavy anyway. I’m stoked for ALL the following movements I couldn’t do without one:
Squats
Split lunges
Bent over rows
Curls
Shrugs
Calves
Incline bench
Flat bench
Shoulder press
What else am I forgetting?
