Current stats

Im off cycle now, 38 5' 9" 190, BF 15%

on cycle (after pics) 200 BF 12%

I was always the chubby type...body fat around the chest and abs has always been a magnet for me. When i was 13 i developed puberty gyno. I had it removed when i was 22. It was bad, and do to excess skin it was never 100% and slightly non symmetrical (left side was always a bit larger then right). Overall from the time I was 22 till now I had been happy with the gyno surgery results. Prior to being 22 I wouldn't take my shirt off in public. Here are some pics, mid cycle of last summer:

As you can tell from the "after" pics, I have come along way (along way in terms of a shy 13 year old who would not take his shirt off in public). The before pics are NOT pre-gyno pics. They are just typical chubby me off cycle. Now granted, as we all do I did let myself go a bit when I took those before pics, so the before and after are extreme scenarios. But it is a good example of how "fat" I can get. And it should be noted that I got that fat while continuing to train relatively hard, eating relatively good. But i was natural and my cardio was lacking.

So anyway, if you look closely at the before pics (also shows in the after pics (but not as obvious)), you can tell that ive had work around my chest and that there is still some fat there (more on my left side then my right), you can also tell that I have love handle issues (also more on my left then my right). My focus during that cycle over the summer was to lose that fat and try my best to become symmetrical (or as close as possible). Well you see the results, good but not perfect. And this while on cycle (14 week dbol(1st 6 weeks)/sus/winny/novl), tons of cardio (including AM cardio and night cardio after training), I ate super clean and trained like a beast. Decent results while on and training/eating to the max. Obviously very difficult to maintain year round. Sense my frustration? Anyway so I had enough. I consulted 3 Cosmetic Surgeons. The prognoses was clear by all 3. The GYNO had NOT come back, it was just simply fat that is a bitch to lose and that it would be virtually impossible to ever be symmetrical fighting this without some form of lipo. This was also true for my love handles. So my plan was to wait till my last cycle ended (back in January), wait about 2 months and have the surgery done. Well I had it done last week. I am wearing a girdle like vest from my chest to a few inches below my abs. I have to wear it 24/7 for 3 weeks, then 10-12 hrs a day for 3 weeks after that. No lifting for at least 4-6 weeks.

So that is where I am at. I wanted to brief you guys as best I could. I have done a # of cycles (typically 3 months on, 3 off) consistent over the past 5 years. I typically stick with low doses (i.e. no more then 500mg of test/wk) I will admit that my PCT has not been there like it should. And I also know that because of that, my estrogen levels shoot up and there is a link to higher body fat when off cycle.

Diet and Cardio aside (I understand what I need to do here). I want my new focus to be on staying lean. I DO NOT want to have any more surgeries. I just went through hell (yes LIPO is painful, especially around the love handles towards the back (fibrous fat back there which is harder and painful recovery) ). Once I am healed and build my strength back up I am going to start up again. What are the key things I need to do to ensure while on and off cycle (other then eating clean and doing tons of cardio) that this fat does not come back?? Mainly from a PCT perspective and controlling my estrogen levels safely??

Here are the last 2 cycles I did and had a ton of success with

Week 1-14 Sus @ 500mg/week
Week 1-6 25mg DB ED
Week 8-14 50mg Winstrol ED
Novladex (20MG ED) on hand , taken when needed

Week 1-14 Test E @ 500mg/week (ETD injects)
Week 1-10 75mg Tren A EOD
Novladex (20MG ED) on hand , taken when needed

I know I should have taken HCG at the end of each cycle, but to be honest I had a hard time getting it.

I also know that arimidex or letro are things I should be adding into my cycles.

Keeping this as simple as possible, what suggestions do you guys have in helping me avoid having this stubborn type fat come back?

My appreciation in advance......

You know I keep telling my wife I need more lipo suck tion but she just doesn't get it, or doesn't want to get it.

I cant believe it man....astounding....i mean, if i edited your face and removed it from those photos, anyone i knew could / would absolutely swear that that was me...Sweet Jeezuz....i mean, the way your body's structured mate...

I thought my case was hopeless too....yes, my chest has the same kind of fat placement / dis-placement around it...on the sides...which fucks it up bigtime....

I'm just on the verge of a big cycle and i swear i'll post my before, now and after photos and then you'll tell me mate :)

And by the way, deadly improvement there mate :) You made my day!!

Can't give you advice, but wanted to say mad props to you for posting that up. Crazy change, you should be very proud of yourself.

Thanks for the compliments guys, but I want to be clear on something. Those "after" pics were not after my lipo. The problem was still there but not as apparent, it was masked by the added muscularity and tan. And the one point I was trying to make is, that it is far to difficult to sustain that level of diet and training all year round. So masking is fine short term, but cant do it long term, which is why I opted for the lipo.

My main concern is preventing it from ever coming back again. I understand that diet and cardio are a major part of that. But I also understand that estrogen levels shoot back high at the end of a cycle and will make you fat if not controlled properly via PCT.

Ive also been looking into lipo as a way to fix those love handles that just dont seem to go away
My advice would be to stay on as strict a diet as you can and keep the cardio up
After lipo the fat cells are gone, your body will not generate more fat cells in that area unless you slack on your diet/cardio
Though genetics could play a part in the re distribution of fat so its never perfect

Props to getting this done!
I assume you did this more for sculpting because you seem to cut up pretty well in other areas

i did it because I want perfection. Ive thought about competing at some point.

Also, it really REALLY bothered me......If i could walk around pumped, tanned and juiced and look like that all year round then I probably wouldn't do it. But that's not possible, unless you have no life.

What is not obvious in the after pics is the lack of symmetry on both sides...at rest, un-pumped it was more obvious. Also i had this line that formed on my left chest when I flexed. This was because of the 1st GYNO surgery. This time around, he sculpted that area...actually filled the line with fat to smooth it out.
