I usually eat about 7-9 egg whites in the morring around 8:30 then wait till lunch to start adding carbs and more protein...
just wondering if I should maybe add some carbs in 1st thing in the morring ....tring to keep the carbs low around 70-110grams. I find that I can eat just about anything and lose as long as its protein and some fat...and just keep the carbs around that leavel..whats everyone think?
