Just Biceps

Do you feel I can Focus more intensity this way on my Biceps, or is it not enough of a workout with only more sets to the bi`s ?

I group Push, Legs&abs, Pull and Rest and repeat.

This puts biceps and forearms after back on Pull day.
No problem getting all the sets and reps in.
 
what is the difference in working one arm one day and the other another day? it's not like working the right arm works the left too. whats the point in doing that. maybe you should work your legs out like that too.
