Just began my first Clen cycle....

Yeah, a few reasons for wanting to be leaner. A few months ago, I made the move to NY and am due to have a BIG trip back home in a few weeks so I'd like to look a lot leaner when I return. I also have a big vacation to Monaco soon so again- would like to look leaner for that.

Actually what Shadow said - again don't look at the clen like its the big miracle drug - a couple tweaks in your diet can result in a lot of things. Also it sounds like you are looking to change things so they can be maintained.

The thing about using chemicals is that there is often a rebound effect when you come off. A gradual change in your lifestyle that conditions you down progressively often is more easily maintained.

Another thought w/ this whole "leaner" thing -- you can do some amazing things by increasing your muscle mass such that it makes your bodyfat look a lot better. Just saying - 9-10% bf is crazy low anyway. More starts to impact your body's healthy ability to function.

Out of curiosity have you always been that lean ? Have you ever had your hormone levels checked? Low estrogen?
 
Again, thanks for the advice. No, I definitely understand that Clen is not to be viewed as a miracle drug nor the ECA stack. I've just had such good results with the ECA stack and have found the side effects to not be that bad. I will say though that the side effects with Clen, I've found, are much harsher than the ECA Stack. More shakes, feeling nauseous every now and then, and oddly- very tired at times. But anyway,
as to your question about my hormone levels- no, I've never had them checked. Perhaps I will when I go to the doctor next week.
One other question that I've found inconsistent answers with is muscle gain. Has Clen been know to cause muscle gain moreso than muscle maintainence or muscle loss?
 
That is the catch w/ clen - because of the sides and often the effect on both the quality of your sleep and stress levels I would love to see studies of its effectiveness as far as fat loss vs fat gained due to poor recovery & stress / cortisol levels. Sometimes its just not worth it if you react strongly to it and it essentially just negates whatever small increase in fat burning it has over regular ECA & diet /training.

Clen is supposed to have an anaboilc effect so yes on the muscle gain.
 
Be careful following MrX's suggestion. It was basically designed for males. When I got up to 100mcg, I had to back down to 80mcg. Blood pressure went through the roof and I was shaky as hell. Be careful.
 
Thanks so much for all of the suggestions! For anyone that has done both the ECA stack and Clen, which do you personally prefer? Just wondering what everyone's personal preference is.
Also, does everyone mostly stack their own ECA or buy it bottled already?
 
Hate clen period. No comparison. I've built my own ECA - prefer to use AF store stuff -Cardio Breeze & Thermorexin.
 
I am a newbie poster here also, but have used the board for extensive research and have gained valuable insight from all the great people here. I just wanted to do what I could to "give something back" and share my experience with Clen.

I have done 2 full cycles and maybe one half of a third. The biggest difference I saw in my physical appearance was that I was definitely much more defined. I loved how my muscles looked "cut". I probably dropped 5-7 pounds, but felt like I built more muscle in the process. The side effects that were most prominent for me were nausea and a bit of shakes. I was completely turned off by food, so my diet was probably far too few calories while on a cycle which probably slowed my metabolism and made any rebound effect during the off cycle that much worse. I also became so nauseas during and after exercise, I felt like I was going to puke. My routine is 45 minutes weights/stretching and 45 minute cardio 4 x week. However crazy it is, though, I kept taking it. I think I have a love/hate relationship with Clen.

I don't necessarily do an ECA stack, but take a mini-Ephedra (before they were recently banned again, 10mg was available for sale and I stocked up) each morning both during Clen cycles and non-cycles. If I don't take it with the Clen, I tend to be more hungry. I am nowhere near 10% BF (I wish!). I am 5'3" 130lbs and am either a very healthy eater or a really terrible one. Usually there is no in between for me.

Anyway, not really sure where I'm going with this other than to say I'm probably going to go on another cycle next week.
 
Thanks for posting your expierence with Clen. Loved the part about your love/hate relationship with Clen!
Oh and Sassy, if you don't mind, what exactly does your own ECA Stack consist of?
