hey Happy, how long have you been working out at HealthPoint. I went to Bentley College and used to work at HealthPoint. Wouldn't be surprised if we've seen eachother. I haven't been there in a while though.
 
Hey Triple V and Crumbcake ... Thanks alot , with all the hardbodys on here, getting encouraging words mean alot...

Squirrel .. I have been leading off with inclines on chest days , presses and flys , but unfortunately after some shoulder work , I am really struggling to put up some serious weight , which I feel is what will bring that on ... I have been thinking of trying the pre exhaust princple , see if that will help with the pump ... Have you ever heard or tried that ?
 
pre-exhaust is ok.. how much weight are you pushing on the incline? bar or dumbell? When doing your crossovers/flys try changing the angle of it so you hit your upper pecs more. Bring out those tricep bellies too!

Thats definetly the problem , I'm only pushing 225 in the incline using a bar . Can get close to 3 on the flat but I surely need to be stronger ... I will try moving the angle around as you suggested , see if that helps at all ... Thanks for the tips...
