i find myself maxing out on my chest at 305 but my chest is capable of doing more but my arms give out any insight on how i can get them stronger seams like my chest is excelling alot faster then my arms
no deadlift but i do do bent over rows ... so u think that close grip bench will do it ? and i hear alot about low reps build muscle and
high reps definition...but if u go to 12 reps to failure arnt u still gwetting stronger by increasing the weight
