SOOOOOOOOOOO any future comps for this year tossed..
and I'm loving in increase in strength.. wow.!!!!
I'm really close to where I was last year at this time doing my PL'ing training. All of my weights have at LEAST doubled from a month ago.
though the cush sucks.. it feels good to actually lift and push my body beyond its threshold and see some growth too.
The first body part to 'take' to the heavier weights and upped cals was my legs of course.. LOL though everything else is getting back to normal.. even my badunkadunk I acutally think my legs will end up coming in bigger this go round which will make me have to work EVEN HARDER on my upper body.
Still working on a solid schedule and diet.. but when it all comes together I'll start up a new journal
