I was just wondering what would be a good weight lifting routine for Judo. I do Judo every Mon, Fri and Sat. I weigh in at 205 lbs right now, so i'm not worried about gaining more weight.
in judo i find that there is alot of lower back involved...try doing supermans..hyperextensions and good mornings for lower back....but do not neglect any other muscle group also. and theres always the endurance factor...run...jump rope....etc.
