Guys and Gals,
So many thank you's to give, and I still would miss thanking someone for something. But there are few special thank you's I need to make sure go out.
Exodus - Without your "crash course" in stones, I doubt I would have gotten even one of them. Your help was very much appreciated. Thank you.
And don't worry about the tacky, bud. Your help and friendship was worth far more.
Lord Suston - Thanks for being there after each event with Powerade, a wet towel and to help me (and everyone else) off with their gear. Support like that is hard to find in any sport.
Amanda - You don't know how much I appreciated your help with bandaging up my fingers and helping me clean off the tacky. King is a lucky man. Also, lightening bugs are COOL!!
B-Fold - Words can't describe how I feel. Thank you so much for putting this together, and having such a supportive, family atmosphere. Exodus said it best when he said, "This guy could motivate a log." Just hearing you yell your support each time I did an event was my greatest inspiration. Thank you. I have never placed last in anything, and felt like I accomplished so much.
Everyone else: It was truly an honor and a priviledge to compete with you. I have never seen such a supportive group of people that were competing with AND against each other. EVER! I look forward to the next time we train and/or compete together. Thanks for everything and for making me feel at home and very comfortable while I was so far from home. That meant a lot to me.
Even if you all do talk funny.....
