cals are looking pretty low, yet ill still look bloated and blurred which is frusterating....oh well......it is what it is.
 
You don't seem to get much fat from your diet.

On the workout, I'd probably just squat and deadlift. There's too much cable work where you're sat or your arse for my liking, rather than standing up and supporting yourself and the weight. And I'd barbell row rather than dumbbell row so you can shift more weight. But, you said you'd follow your trainer's plan for 90 days, so stick with it. Have fun!
 
NAH....dbell row an tbar are both standing and pretty damn gruling......ive never been called a "sitter" or slacker....thats prob. my prob.

Im now doing the following:


Day 1 - deads and another back/lat/trap exercise

Day 2 - 1 exercisee each for chest/shoulder girdle

Day 3 - Squats and another(stiff deads probably)

Day 4 - Dips and most likely cheat curls*great trap exercise btw)


Probably 3-4 working sets on all - 4-8 reps
 
Why waste gear when you can make gain naturally? Its like the guy whos never lifted before and then wants to start juicing and start going to the gym. Theres so much natural potential there going to waste. I am coming back from an injury and am making it a point to not use any other "help" before I get back to where I was before my back went out.

Get some AIFM from Afstore. Dries you out like a mofo and can make you feel better because theres less bloat (hopefully less fat gain too because less estro). Also macro says it lowers SHBG and can actually boost test a bit. In the end, the worst it can do is give a good placebo effect :o

OK- go to the store and get a pint of Ben & Jerry's. Take it home and eat the whole thing. This is the Weider shock set principle. Afterwards, you will still feel bloated but you will also feel alot better. The next day you will look alot better after some guilt-free cardio and 1000 Hail Marys.

same here bro... got back to the gym in sept after a long layoff... i was constantly fighting temptation to do a low dose cycle and get gains going again... especially those first few weeks. it's nearly one year now and i'm leaner and 41lbs heavier... all natty.

thats great news, although you arent 30 with low test levels, I am proud! Shawdow - looking at your routine, good to see you are back....that type of low volume training is for some, but not me.....hope you make some good gains!

do that a few days a week with heavy lifts for a compound movement and it's anything but light if that's what you're saying.
 
WEDNESDAY AUGUST 9TH, 2006 - THE NEW BEGINNING.......

OFF day today....boy have I grown to love off days....well, lol, my off days are more than what some do in a week, but for me, its off....

woke at 5:15am

30 minutes faster incline walk...3.7 speed, starting at 7.0 ramp and increasing, 7.5, 8.0 etc every 5 minutes....5 minutes of abs, 20 minutes of a complete 15 rep circuit machine routine...hit every bp, 1 set, light 15 reps, move the blood loosen up...active rest if you will.

Thanks for all the PMs. I did a lot of talking, thinking, reading, etc. last night. Many say doa pct right now. Some others say take AIMF. Others, say just eat and train. and many still say if I am doing pct, I would benefit greatly from Test cyp at 125mg on Thursday and 125mg on Sunday for 12-15 weeks, couple with a gigantic meal plan (which I have nailed down), very little cardio, 1 day sessions, and a minimum of two complete EAT/REST days......I know I'll piss many off, well, prob. not many, but some guys that I respect a great deal...Silver, Shawdown, Bigt.......tomorrow, I'm crossing over. Worse case scenerio, I'm in the exact same position I am in right now, but with a good pct, I dont think that'll be the case. I am ordering some more liquid Clen today and some AIMF. I will follow a split routine, 1x a day, minimal cardio, and I am going to learn to eat my ass off....force feed....every 2 hours if I need it....but it could be every hour, etc...no more cutting off if Im still hungry, etc.....tomorrow will e the new beginning, if nothing else, it'll help my mood, energy levels, and overall image. Thanks for your support

today:

530 cardio (off day) 30 minutes, weighed in at 6'1, 165 1/2 lbs goal is 185 in 3 months.

700am
6 egg whites
1/2 cup skim
2 scoops casein
1tb of flax (pro/fat meal)

I will have one pro/carb meal today other than fiberous veggies....itll be at 10am, 1 cup oats, 2 scoops casein with egg whites.

I don't know who sent you a PM saying you'd benefit from a cycle right now because everyone that's posted on this thread, to a man, has said that it'd be a bad idea.

If you did a cycle right now and crashed at the end of it, hopefully you'd learn from it and you'd be more inclined to listen to what people say to you. We're all trying to help you bro.
 
Understand....I am not crashing with a good pct....I might resort back to where I am now or farther, but price you pay...Ive put way to much time and energy in it....please just support me....no more rants, as I udnerstand everyone's opinion.....how is it going for you?

He is going to do a cycle...as I posted above.....regardless of what anyone has said...just leave him alone and remember my post about the progression of things in stages

Clen - different story....if you dont know how do dilute the liquid version and know what ancllaries to take you will end up in the hospital

Sure you're not. At 30 with an already crippled metabolism and low natural test it will be a breeze to bounce back.. Will you be using Magic Beans and Pixie Dust for this PCT?

you still haven't answered - how do you imagine you won't crash big time post pct and lose all your gains considering your starting point right now is pretty abysmal?
 
BECAUSE I will do a proper pct.....then, if I crash, I crash.....I will at least be crashed to a state where I am now.....how is everyone else' training going?

you know it will most likely take your HPTA LONGER to recover AFTER a cucle - right?
 
so your saying that you would have gained muscle and in a worst case will return where you are at now in terms of test levels? what happens if you crash even worse then before?
