This is my 2nd cycle. 1st cycle was beast + tren back last summer.

1-4 Dieselbolan 1 cap 3 times a day, 8 hrs apart
1-4 Forged liver support 2 caps a day, 12 hrs apart
4-8 Katanadrol 1 cap 3 times a day, 8 hrs apart
4-8 Liv52 2 caps a day, 12 hrs apart

5+ ltrs of water a day
250+ grams of protein a day

For PCT I have SNS inhibit E, Generic Labs CISSUS-DROL and 2 liquid sustain alpha.

Reason why I have 2 pct is I initially was going to do separate cycles. But now I put them together.

So now I have to figure what one to run. But I have 8 weeks to figure that out.

My goal is to drop under 20% bf, 400lb DL, 300+ squat, and 200+ bench.

Lift 3 times a week. Cardio 3-4 times a week.

Looks good. I'd run liver support 4-8 weeks AFTER the cycle as well. I've never seen a big benefit of liver support during cycle as in LOWERING levels, it seems to just keep them from climbing, but you want to help the liver come back down after the cycle, too - so it's important to run some liver support after as well.

Also, since you have two sustain alpha's (good stuff), try running 10ml split twice a day on the weekends during the cycle. Some people run it 3 days on 3 days off on cycle as well. Might help soften the landing into PCT. at 8 weeks of Diesel and Katana, you will be supressed - running it during cycle will help keep you not as supressed. Only because you have two, it's worth a try and could really work.

Thanks, I will give the sustain a try. I have been using the topical sustain alpha for the past few weeks, 5days on 2 days off. So I wouldn't mind keep up with it by using the liquid sustain.
 
4 grams of Taurine a day and PM Radar for a certain Milk Thisle product - both will help with back pumps.
 
I started to take 5g Taurine a few days ago along with 5g creapure creatine. I will drop Radar a pm regarding the milk thistle.
 
Tried to upload pictures of starting out weight but ef site wont let me. I will try to figure something else out.

One thing I really like about being on, is how fast you recover from past work out. I tweaked my bicep yesterday. It was so sore I could hardly pick up a jug of milk. Today there is no pain at all.

I did notice some minor back pump. But I upped the taurine to 10mg a day.

I did shoulders and bicep yesterday. Doing legs today.
 
Did 3x265 squat today. They went up fairly easy. I thought about doing more, but dont want to over it do it with my back not being able to keep up. Nothing would suck more than a injury during a cycle.

Next time just use muscle repleisher pre and post work out. It has all of this in it and then some. saves money and time.

Okay. When it shows up in 10 days I will give it a try :). I notice it only have 950 mg of Taurine. I have been taking 5g in morning and 5g at night to try and prevent back pump. I notice I get it once and awhile. Usually while playing hockey.

The amp worked great the 1st few weeks. But I think my body is starting to get use to it now. I may have to up the dosage.

Going to try 5ml of liquid sustain alpha per day to see if it helps with the boys shrinking.

1st dose today, and it has a spicy taste to it lol. Could make for some nasty burps or heart burn.
 
Thanks bro. I would like to see mid 300's for squat, mid 400's for dl and mid 200's bench by summer. I figure that be pretty good for a year and half of lifting.

Those are my goals too! I have the bench one, but the squats and deadlift not yet:( I have been lifting for just over a year right now myself:)
 
Bench is the hardest for me to gain on. My arms are to long I think. I can do 90* but that last little bit to touch my chest kills my strength. Where the long arms hurt in bench, they sure help out in deadlift. I'm currently adding 10-15lbs per week on dl's right now.

My overall goal is maybe 300 max and bench. I like my sports to much I don't want to get to big. I want to be able to cut and stay in the 185 weight class.

By the time that would show up, I would be all done my diesel, and started on katana Takes a good 2+ weeks to get shit here.

I had to break down and go buy some post work out. My Muscle Replenisher hasn't showed up yet. Hopefully today though.

I ended up buying MassPort by InfiniteLabs. It was the only stuff that had Waxy Maize in it.
 
I was going to try and work out 5 days a week. But my body isn't recovering fast enough. My shoulders are a little tender today to be doing a shoulder workout.
 
Going to take a few days off from lifting. My body is feeling abit banged up and sore. Anyone ever get a mentally negative almost depressed side effect from diesel? Or is it just time for a holiday?
 
Took 5 days off to heal up and rest. Went out of town to visit relatives. Ate like shit cause they do lots of home baking. Loved eating whatever for a few days. Stoked to get back in the gym though. Almost done my diesel, probably another 5 days or so left.

The Amp02 seem's to not work as much anymore. I get a good pump but that probably from the Diesel.

Also looking back at all the reps on chest press, I think I burnt myself out before I could finish everything.

Thinking maybe do either bb bench or db bench per workout.

also my diet will be a 30/50/20 split and 500 calories over my bmr give or take. Will this be sufficient with this cycle? Never ran a cycle before just wanna make sure it's done right so i can reap the most benefits, sorry didn't mean to post on your log

Tried chalk for the 1st time and my dl went up 40lbs.
 
Nice deadlift pr dude! Yeah grip strength tends to hold people back a lot, use that chalk and don't let sweat hold you back 40 pounds
 
I had tweaked my back the day before at hockey. so going into my work out I wasn't really pumped up. But was feeling good after some squats and during dl's. My upper back is a little tight today though lol. Could use a massage or hot tub.

Apparently when I start judo in a few weeks. In order for me to compete at a good weight class for my height. I would have to cut down to 198 or 178. lol
 
Stopped the katana cycle 11 days in. Blood pressure was getting high. My pct consist of 2 PCT 3x/day, 2 unleashed 2x/day, liquid sustain alpha 2x/day.
 
So I got another cycle planned. Its going to be a simple beastdrol cycle, 30mg per day for 30 days. Should be good for 10-15lbs :D. Going to do a 5 day split routine.

My diet was just pretty normal. Probably 3-4k aday. Same as every other day. I pretty much just eat clean when I'm hungry now a days. I also over thought my diet and it never worked out.

It drives me crazy trying to always plan out my diet.

Felt pretty good this workout. Pretty much the same weights as when I was on back in the spring.
 
Took 10 days off for vacation. Back in the gym this morning. Up 5 lbs, all water weight. Also started my beast, forma stanzol cycle today. Taking 10mg every 8hrs. With 10 pumps of forma twice per day. Squatted 295x5 first day back so not bad IMO.

waste of money... But lots of people are finding this out the hard way :(
 
The liquid sutain is a waste of money? Also that was from last spring.

The transdermal route is the way to go. It is way less convenient, but guess what? No one is buying this sh*t to convenience themselves (except all the "bros" out there), they're doing it to bring their boys back and to help the recovery process.

Liquavade is definitely a good oral delivery system for the PH's that PP sells, but not for the sustain alpha or the dermacrine. DHEA in multiple studies have shown markedly different results from oral vs. transdermal applications. Benvoflavone... who even knows if that has very high oral biovailability? Not to mention Resveratrol has been shown to have a much higher bioavailabilty transdermally compared to orally. It's a no brainer to go with the topical than the oral.
 
So an update. Didn't have a very good beast cycle. I'm up 10lbs but the side effects were pretty bad. Had bad back pump, test shut down. Couldn't even get any wood what so every. Really lethargic all the time. Started to feel depression also. I have done beast twice in the past, both times 30mg/day.
 
Bro, try Dieselbolan 2.0! I have done both and prefer D2.0!! No lethargy and great for Mass(even strength)! Plus, my Libido has been great the whole cycle!! If u tried it already, don't mean to interupt! Good Luck!!
