Im the same way....
when I buy,,,,it has to be on sale.....
I picked up a GREAT pair of jeans, a pink and a mint green dress shirt form Express a couple of weeks ago and got out for less than 45 bucks...

the belt and buckle I wanted was 80 though

When it comes to jeans & shoes, I'll spend the money. I don't wear jeans out like I do shirts. They need to last me a few years.
