and that ended my back routine. still a little weak, but I havn't been using a pre workout energy sup, trying to hold out for ntks.
 
yea, i've just been slacking from getting stuck in a 3 day cycle. I jumped off my typical 5 day routine so I could "replicate" a study done on linear periodization and effects on hypertrophy & fat loss. and havn't gotten back into the m through f.

any how, got a good chest workout in today. man, my chest is got to be my weakest area.

also hit the traps & shoulders.

I was agravated, and suprised at a drop in strength on my incline press/fly's from last week. I dont know what happened, maybe i was just tired or something. but either way, I plan on starting 5 day per muscle group on monday, with legs on monday. hopefully this will help me get my strength back. I need to get past the fear of hurting my shoulder when benching.

on another note, I am noticing some dramatic changes in definition and fullness, as well as my wife, which she comented "are you taking steroids?" in which I replied, "no, it's just this new product im testing out, it is working, steroids are illegal"

weight is the same, but I am just on maintenance. Looking at my bottle, I believe I have enough for 2-3 weeks left, with today being the start of week 3 for me.

so far, all signs are pointing to a very good recomping compound. I need to get my strength up as much as I can though before I start the boladiol, so maybe i'll quit training for hypertrophy, and go for strength/power.
 
chest is super sore today. almost feels like it was my first workout ever. wierd. will hit legs later on today, and will also begin training 5 days per week.
 
destroyed my legs today:

sucks, cause I workout alone, and refuse to ask people to spot me (dont want to be that guy) so I have to cut it short before there is nothing left.

got this done in less than 45min. left the gym walking like a penguin. going to be sore as hell. good workout, but still not back up to where I was.

havn't done just arms in a while. chest was still sore from sat. but should be gtg by friday.

I think this is going to be my last week on this product, as it is clear it is a very good product, that with even 1 bottle, is capable of adding strength with a nice recomp effect on just maintenance cals.

If one had 2 or 3 bottles, man, get your swole on. zero sides to report on this stuff.
