man, I am sore as hell. took 2 weeks off prior to running this product. hit legs on monday, and soreness is gone today. back/arms are sore from yesterdays back workout. tomarrow will be chest/shoulders/traps.

then next week, i'll jump back into my m,t,w,th,f routine, hitting each m.group. i'll be posting up my workouts, and noting any changes in strength/endurance (if any).

needto should release the carrier as a solo item for sale, so we can experiment and make our own transdermals with his awsome solution.
 
today was chest/shoulders/traps. good kick back into the weights from some time off.

for my chest & legs, I am trying something different. instead of doing the big compound movement exercises first (like squat, bench) I am doing leg extension/leg curl, and incline dumbell fly's/press.

got a good pump going, tomarrow will end the first week. nothing noticible as of yet except for pumps. weight/strength is same as expected.
 
week 2 and on is where it is at.
 
yea, man, think i worked my traps too much. neck is a little stiff. I'll be taking some need 2 sleep stacked with vicodene (the sup, not drug).

already nociticing a change, other said they noticed more water retention. I seem to be leaning out a bit. im just on maintenance cals right now though, so when I bump it up to an extra 1-2k cals, im sure it'll change. lol.

good stuff.

btw, im not sure how others have been applying it, but i've decided to go with all 20 pumps once per day.
 
starting to notice some acne on the chest & arms. good thing i've got a bottle of acnetame! (bought it for my wife, but hey, who would of thought!)
 
Now the fun starts! monday, leg day.

leg extension: 4 sets of 10 (superset with leg curl)
1 x 100

1 x 100

1 x 120

1 x 145

leg curl: 4 sets of 10 (superset'd with extension)

1 x 90

1 x 100

1 x 130

1 x 140 (whole rack, need more weight)

Cal press 4 sets of 10

1 x 50 (one leg at a time)

1 x 70 (one leg at a time)

1 x 70 (one leg at a time)

1 x 140 (both legs, same time)

squat, 4 sets:

1 x 185 for 10 reps

1 x 205 for 10 reps

1 x 235 for 9 reps

1 x 255 for 8 reps (could of gone for 1 m.r., but i was out of breath)

this ended my leg routine, and was complete in 30 min.

ended with 4 sets of crunches:

1 x 20 (all done sitting on medicine ball, with fee raised up level)

1 x 17

1 x 15

1 x 12

left the gym walking like a penguin. now time to go to work for 9hrs.

didn't log last weeks, cause it was more of a get back into the routine week. Will try to get photos up tonight.

so far, weight is the same, but seeing more definition, and muscles are looking more full.
 
We need to get dem squats up big boy :)
 
yea, I took 2 weeks off prior to starting this log. If I had done squats first, Im sure I could of gone more, but after 305, It's too much of a hassel for me & my back. the weight will go up as muscle memory comes back each week. by the end of this cycle i'll be in the 300's, just in time for the boladrol.
