MEAL 1 8:00AM = 15 egg whites 2 yolks,4 slices Ezekiel toast,1 cup (dry) Ezekiel,Hydroxycut Hardcore X

MEAL 2 10:00AM = 10oz steak,2 cups of rice

MEAL 3 12:00PM = 10oz of chicken,4 cups of rice (cooked)

PRE-WORKOUT 1:00PM = Nitro-Tech NOP-47,Hydroxycut Hardcore X

POST-WORKOUT 3:00PM = Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series,Cell-Tech Hardcore Pro Series

MEAL 4 5:00PM = 10oz of buffalo meat,2 cups of rice,Alpha Amino Prototype 216

MEAL 5 7:00PM = 10oz of turkey,1 cup of Ezekiel cereal,2 slices of Ezekiel bread,Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series

MEAL 6 10:00 = Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series,4 slices of Ezekiel bread


Just wanted to post this up an see what you bros think.All that food makes me want to throw up lol.I see why he is big as shit lol.
 
That's probably about right minus all the muscletech trash. I doubt he even uses that shit lol
 
Oh yea I agree with the both of you.Its just crazy to see how much he eats.An of course musclemag blows the Muscletech products way out.Like they are the only company out there.
 
Cutlers diet consists of a multiple bottles of alcohol, ive seen him numerous times in public, the guy does not have a great build
 
cutler is not going to share his diet info with you. all he is going to do is blow marketing smoke up your ass and fill in the gaps with shit that sounds good. its just one of those things. these guys arent going to give away shit.

when i was prepping to compete i didnt tell either. i became willing to share my tricks only after i have given up bbing all together.
 
He had to be eat a hell of a lot more than that because im only 205 and im eating close to that. Thats probly like 1/3 of his diet

I call bullshit on any of you fucks eating 10 ounces of meat and two to three cups of rice every 2 hours.
 
First it depends on if ur talking two cups cook or uncooked rice. I can easily eat 10 oz of any meat and two cups of cooked rice. If u look at the menu there is really only five meals of this. The eggs is a little much...i eat 5-6 whole eggs and bout 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal but after that 3-4 meals of meat, rice, and either black beans or vegtables. If u cant eat that much u aint been chowing!! I will also say i usually spread out every three hours tho...on my current cycle im eating four meals and two snacks plus two protein drinks

The thing bout rice is if youre not used to eating it when it get to your stomach it blows up and makes u full fast. Ive been eating it every day since i was born so it aint shit to me. If i eat bread tho it blows up in my stomach and i get full fast as hell. So basically what trying to say is that some foods take some getting used to digestively....just my opinion

If you search you tube for jay cutler diet, there are numerous videos of him talking about what he eats
 
If you ever go to one of his seminars it is completely different then what he says in these supplement company sponsored videos. He's actually a really cool guy.
 
I remember coming across his post workout meal on youtube. If I remember correctly it consisted of a huge plate of shredded potatoes, a huge plate of rice cakes, a plate of oatmeal, apple sauce and a protein shake. I think he said it was 300 grams of carbs and 40 grams of protein, which he was going to follow up with pasta and red meat in about an hour, LOL. I don't know how legit it was, but he was eating it all on camera.
