couple things...
A.) does it matter if figures were made up on non consumer based soil?
2.) does it matter if lobby candy was consumed in excess prior to figures being made up?
please answer me that and then go fuck yourself.
thanks.
Was kinda wondering how long it would take before plunkey showed up with a completely retarded and nonsensical hypothetical scenario.
That reminds me...Mitch you gotta see the new db. I'll send you pics.
Until then pls be safe.
I was originally going to go with the small-asian-in-a-cheap-suit scenario.
Didn't George Zimmerman sell cheap suits at Men's warehouse prior to killing Trayvon?
I think it's safe to say that Florida should probably have a nuclear weapon detonated right in the middle of the state.
Zimmerman gotta get the fuck out of dodge now
zimmerman aint skurred
Great. That fat spic will probably come here to blend in.

So gjohnson, are there any circumstances in your mind where you'd feel justified following someone?
Let's start with an extreme example: If someone dressed in full Klan gear was walking down your street in a very determined way (clearly not just on a stroll), would you feel any justification if you wanted to follow him?
You're trying to draw some parallels between this situation (I knew The statistics were not in favor of Travon to begin with [Was just hoping for a more realistic verdict])
First things first
1. I'm in the wrong part of town if I see people dressed in Klan outfits
2. The Klan would never show up in my part of town
You scenario would never happen in reality
If the moon just happens to be full and this did happen
following someone is not against the law , but stalking is.
Ultimately neighborhood watch is not intended for those guy to follow people. The ShomRim case in Baltimore speaks to that end. Atleast the Shomrim guy was found guilty of assault.
But this happened in a state where people can atleast make partially sensible decisions
These ( ) go inside of these [ ]
I can place them any way I choose

There's no right or wrong way

Lol @ yak dick
hahahahahaha
Don't agree but I'm not surprised.
Hopefully those who disagree strongly use their words instead of their hands.
Not even manslaughter?
Because of the 'stand your ground' laws?
This stretches what can be a lawful homicide to the extremes.
More than 13,000 murders per year, I wonder how many 'lawful' homicides there are that don't show up in the murder statistics.
Seriously, you follow somebody around - you get into a violent altercation, you end end up shooting them dead.
The result: Nothing? Not guilty of anything?
So, how often does this happen? That somebody shoots and kills somebody and it is not ruled an unlawful homicide?
Sounds like a dangerous place up there.
b0und (really)

I still think the stand your ground law is a good law

That some guy can appoint himself neighborhood watch guard, follow anyone he deems suspicious around, then kill them when a violent confrontation ensues and still get acquitted is scary.
Yup. Again, dangerous precedent being set. What I do appreciate, though, is that the jury reached a conclusion that obviously wasnt swayed by the very public hullabaloo regarding the case. Agree or disagree with the verdict you have to respect the jury deciding it based only on the facts presented to them at trial.
So what's next? He's too young for the GOP to nominate him for president in 2016. Perhaps the party will encourage him to run for a seat in the House?
They went after the wrong conviction plain and simple. He is not guilty of 2nd degree murder.
But they had the option to convict him of manslaughter. The even asked for clarification on the definition of manslaughter.

To think that he just gets off free after following and killing Martin does not look right.
