ok its no secrete but after years of lifting I feel that bar none there are 2 exercises that you must have in your routine...

Dead lifts and Weighted Chins...if you do not do these, you will never have the back or body you want. Weighted Chins have changed my whole look, i even do negatives with them now...you don't have to go wide on ever set either...I do chins three times a week and my lats are so wide now is scary...so anyone still doing lat pulldowns stop there silly and not nearly as effective.

DEADS are just the best exercise ever, after three sets my body is so pumped its unreal...again i do dead three times a week...one day reall heavy the other 2 days for reps...

HI no offense buddy but why are you doing deads three times a week? i remember back in high school when i benched three times a week and how retarded that was...and deadlifting is much more intensive than benching. that's essentially like squatting three times a week.
and yes i read the part about one day is heavy and the other two are for reps...still, you can't even recuperate from that enough to do them 3 times a week if your heavy day is as intense as it should.

Agreed. I would overtrain quick as hell if I did that.

HIT, I agree with you 100% about deads being the best, but why the hell are you doing them 3x/week?

3X...

Three times a week seems excessive. I personally think once a week is too much for the lower back if your entire training regiment is hard and heavy. I deadlift 5-6 times a year and perform partials (rack pulls) 10-12 times a year. That's it! You must have one hell of a strong lower back.

its a version of an Arnold program, and I only do it when im on something for recovery...for me this program has yielded nothing but an increase in strength and power. ill post it tomm.
