Usually when i'm working out and dieting to get cut in the summer time I get my protein mostly from chicken and steak, lately just from chicken. For some reason I'm having a hard time digesting red meat ( I don't sh*t right when I eat it now)( and I want to stay away from it as much as I can. How about ceviche, I have never been a seafood lover but ceviche I actually like because lemon is my favorite flavor, is it good source of protein? what about the acidity if i eat it every day since it is very easy to make. Is the acidity from lemon juice bad for me in longer run?
