Last week, the night of the day after I did my chest workout, and a few hours after Brazilian jiu-jitsu.. when I was trying to sleep, I realized I couldn't sleep on my side where my shoulder was hurting me, it was really painful..
When I benched the day before I didn't feel any pain, and made sure I kept my elbows tucted in.. didn't feel any pain after BJJ, just got me that night..
I can raise my arm easily as if doing a lateral or front raise, it hurts when I bring my arm across and hold it to my chest or when I try to sleep on that side.. I've gone to BJJ twice since then and it hasn't been a problem while rolling but its still there..
My press day is in two days, anyone have any idea what type of injury this could be?
