I get the jarrows whey its got 18 grams of protien per serving 18% glycomacropeptides they say its 100% natural 4.3g bcaa per serving glutamine rich i honestly dont know what any of this means so maybe someone can tell me if im using good stuff i mean it tastes good thats all i know. What do you guys have to say about it?

Figure out the protein %. Divide the protein amount by the serving size. For instance, if the serving size is 29 gr. and the protein yeild is 23 gr., it would be a 79% protein yeild. This is common for a concentrate. Concentrates range to 80%, isolates 90.

the serving size is 26 grams they had stuff with higher amounts of protien per serving but it was also packed with sugar so i decided to go with this one witch only has 4 grams of sugar per serving so is that any good? What about all the other stuff i mentioned? ill post a link so you can look at it and tell me what ya think.

^this is it but i get the vanilla or chocolate flavor. So what do ya think?

Not on all the time... :)

Anyway, all that mumbo jumbo about BCAA's doesn't mean a thing. ALL whey proteins with a decent amino acid profile contain BCAA's.

so would that mean its any good or over rated crap? Sorry i just really have no idea what any of the stuff on this tub means thats why im askin u guys.

It is fine...it is a whey protein. Did not see the yeild on it. But it is probably in range. I like the speal about how they saved the glutamine by not hydrolyzing it. I would think it more that they saved the bottom line, profit margin, as hydrolyzed or even isloate would cut into their profits. Whey is dirt cheap to manufacture.
